Administration Assistant

CMS is recruiting for a top quality administration assistant. Roles would include using MS office for general admin, a database program to handle customer records and accounting and invoicing. Other general office work would also be required, such as taking phone calls, filing and photocopying. Previous experience in these fields would be preferred but full traning will be provided. This job is on a contract of 24 hours per week plus sick and holiday cover and on a pay rate of minimum wage.
